Any personal information or material sent to the walnutgrovecabins.com website are subject to our Privacy Policy.  The Privacy Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.  Information sent by you to us through this website is not encrypted.  You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the security of the content of any such information, and it is entirely your responsibility to satisfy yourself as to whether our security measures are sufficient for your requirements.

Lodging Policies, including Cancellation & Refund policies

1.  Reservations made online must be made 48 hours in advance.  You may call to check for availability if it is within 48 hours of your required dates.
2. Full payment due upon booking when booking online.
3. Cancellation policy:  Included in the cabin rates is a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable if the booking is canceled for any reason. No refund of the remainder if canceled within 21 days of reservation dates.  Please call us with any cancellations.  On some emergency occasions, we will allow you to use your payment for another scheduled reservation.
4. A maximum of 8 adults are allowed to stay as overnight guests in Summerfield and Walnut Grove cabins (3 queen beds as well as a couch).  A maximum of 6 adults allowed in the Smith Creek cabin (2 queen size beds with a couch).
5. You will get the 7th night free if booking 7 or more nights.
6. Minimum of 2 night stay required.
7. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 a.m.
8. Smoking is not allowed in the cabins.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. If any property of the cabins is damaged or missing, the cost of repairing or replacing the item(s) will be charged to your credit card.
